I’ll give them credit, the food was still hot when it arrived, which I really appreciated. I do wish the overall experience had a little more to stand out, since it was basic otherwise. Still, getting hot food delivered is always a plus, so I was happy about that.

Ordered from elpolloloco.com last night and it was really good. The chicken showed up hot and juicy, not like it had been sitting around forever or anything. The salsa and sides tasted fresh too, esp the avocado one, that was prob my favorite. Delivery was quick and everything was packed well. No real complaints, I’d deff order again.

I usually check elpolloloco.com when I’m craving chicken, and most of the time there’s some kind of coupon or deal up there. It’s not always the exact one I was hoping for, but it still saves me a few bucks, so I can’t complain. The site’s easy to use too, no big hassle or anythng.

Even the little cups don’t taste watered down like they do at some other places. They make the chicken and tacos so much better. Definitely 5 stars from me.

I stopped by El Pollo Loco for lunch the place was super clean. Maybe it’s just me, but I always notice stuff like wiped tables, clean floors, and whether the salsa area is a mess or not. Everything looked really well kept, and it made eating there a lot more comfortable. Definitely a 5-star visit for me
